Getting here
Underground — Green Park (Jubilee, Piccadilly, Victoria), six minutes on foot through Berkeley Square.
Parking — Q-Park Grosvenor Hill is a three-minute walk. There is no parking in the mews itself.
Accessibility — There is one shallow step at the entrance and a portable ramp behind the desk. Two chairs on the ground floor are fully accessible; please mention it when booking so we hold one.
Before you arrive
Good to know.
Free up to 48 hours before. Inside 48 hours we charge 50% of the booking, and no-shows are charged in full — the stylist is paid for the slot either way.
Colour bookings over three hours and all bridal work take a 25% deposit, which comes straight off your final bill.
We cut children's hair from age eight, on Saturday mornings only, so the room stays calm for everybody.
Required 48 hours before any tint if it is your first visit or if it has been more than six months. It takes ten minutes.
Card and contactless only. Gratuities are entirely optional and go to the stylist in full.
Tell the desk when you book and your stylist will keep conversation to the consultation. Nobody will take it personally.
