Before you book from a photograph

A word about reference images.

Bring as many as you like — they are genuinely useful. But your stylist will talk you through three things before agreeing to any of them: your natural base, the condition of your ends, and how many hours a month you are honestly willing to give it.

A photograph shows a result on someone else's hair, on their best day, in flattering light. Our job is to tell you what that same idea will look like on yours in week six — and sometimes to suggest a version of it that will actually hold.
